Search Fees

EOLIS searches and vetting projects are retainer-based and success-fee activities. Clients are accorded the appropriate allocation of time and effort to identify, court, and vet true superstars with the requisite chemistry to fit the needs of the anticipated role.

EOLIS retainer-based search clients may also list with us "opportunistic searches" for which we provide services according to our contingency placement fee schedule.

The Company typically accepts placement assignments with firms that anticipate significant growth and express potential interest in future retainer-based searches.
