PREAMBLE Wendeen Eolis Enterprises, Inc., is committed to professionalism and the highest ethical standards in dispensing its services. EOLIS has established a Code of Ethics, to which each affiliated EOLIS company and its employees and representatives subscribe and endorse as part of their continuing affiliation with EOLIS.

RELATIONS WITH CLIENTS

• Information provided to clients shall be the most complete and accurate information known to the project director, except to the extent that information is obtained in confidence. Such information will be treated accordingly.
• No information, which the client would reasonably consider essential to a decision, will be withheld.
• Candidates for searches shall be referred only (i) with his/her prior authorization, or (ii) with broader consent to market the candidate's credentials.
• No subject of a due diligence report concerning any lawyer will be advised of such a project until and unless the client provides explicit consent; clients will not unreasonably withhold such consent.
• Confidential information shall be treated accordingly. Sources are not identified without their explicit permission.

RELATIONS AMONG EOLIS AFFILIATES

Affiliates shall relate to each other in a professional and ethical manner consistent with the policies and standards set forth by EOLIS and shall retain information received in accordance with EOLIS policy of strict confidentiality of proprietary information.
